Hi everyone! We have made it to the halfway point of the week! This week has been pretty busy, but is flying by!
It is no secret that I love salads. A lot. But, I totally understand that not everyone likes them. I think the main reason people get bored with salads is that they never change up the greens, toppings, and dressing. I would get bored too if I ate the same salad everyday. Instead I like to switch my salads up often so they always taste exciting to me. Today I thought I would show you some of my favorite salad combinations that I have posted to rayandtaynutrition (instagram) to hopefully inspire you to keep salads in your meal rotation.
Raw Veggie Salad
This salad is perfect for springtime lunches to keep them light and healthy!
Kale and fruit salad
Blackberries, pomegranate seeds, and avocado make for a delicious kale salad.
Shredded Kale Salad
Simple salad of romaine, onion, craisins, pecans, and goat cheese.
